Coconut oil may not make you poop a lot unless you have a lot to poop. What does that mean? If you've been eating a lot but constipated for days, and you eat coconut oil, then you'll probably poop a lot as coconut oil stimulates your bowels.
Even when you're constipated for just 24 hours you'll get to poop quite a lot after consuming coconut oil. But if your bowel movement has always been quite regular, such as 2 or 3 times a day, you won't poop much as there's little for coconut oil to help get rid of. Get it?
