I fully agree with all of your efforts!! I have looked into this information myself and WOW. I appreciate your knowledge and kindness. Have a wonderful day, year, and months.
Thanks Julia, you too. Stay safe during this pandemic.
what is best way to get tablespoon from jar?
Hi Ron, great to have you back here. So, what's your question exactly? To scoop solidified coconut oil from jar or to eat straight from jar?
I set my jar of coconut oil near the floor register in winter. Always ready to use.
Wow. What a great and helpful lot of information thank you. I am an A.blood type and coconut is not beneficial for me but want to get rid of all the yeast In my body. Would it help me regardless of my blood type?
Hi Isobel, if you hear someone saying that coconut oil is not suitable for certain blood type. That's plain crap! Coconut oil is good for all blood type. Go ahead and use it. But be sure to check out the potential side effects of using coconut oil before you get started.
Good food for thought, thanks. However, the actual flu doesn't come on subtly or gradually. It hits you like a mack truck. One moment fine, the next horrible. If your illness doesn't do that, it's not influenza.
It all depends on your immunity level at that time when influenza strikes you. If you feel it's a mack truck, you can imagine how weak your immunity has become when flu hits. But no matter how you got struck, coconut oil will help fight off flu for you.
Thanks so much for the confirmation of what I suspected. I learned the hard way (or more accurately, the soft, runny way). ... Twice in a month. The first time I soiled no less than five (5) pair of shorts in three hours, with absolutely no control. Had to clean the floor, too.
Hi Sherman, I got similar experience as information on the web about coconut oil causing diarrhea was zero in sight back in 2006.
